Terms of Booking
All rates are per person per night on a Bed and Breakfast basis & inclusive of VAT @ 15% & are
based upon two people sharing a twin/double room (excl Bank Holidays and
Festive breaks) Children 15 & under half price when sharing with
2 full paying adults.
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract
and there can be no allowance or reduction for cancellation or curtailment
of bookings. We recommend you insure against cancellation and a suitable
insurance form is sent with all confirmed bookings. We require a non
refundable deposit of £25.00 per person to secure any booking. Weekend Min stay
- 2 nights, Single occupancy of a double room when available please add £20.00
per night to normal tariff.
